The Clique

The Creative Clique is a design studio specializing in graphic design, marketing, and brand styling. Through design, we create new friendships, a balanced life we love, and put our creative passions into a tangible products that can inspire others.

The Vision

The Greek word, Meraki: doing something with soul, creativity, or love — when you put “something of yourself” into what you're doing, whatever it may be.

The Creatives Behind the Vision

With The Creative Clique, Laurie Nicoud wanted to design a brand she loved. Be her own boss. Set her own rules. Inspire others. Be creative.

Laurie Nicoud

Creative Director + Graphic Designer + Big Margarita Fan

Meet Laurie. The owner and creative director behind The Creative Clique. She’s a San Diego based Creative Director + Graphic Designer and mom of 3 (including her pup, Diego).

Currently obsessed with iced coffee, everything Kate Spade, Cadillac margaritas with lots of salt, exploring the sunshine city with her family.

Laurie has been designing for over 15 years, and her love for graphic design all started in high school with a Yearbook class elective. She pursued her passion at the Art Institute, and earned her bachelor of arts in Graphic Design. She was the Creative Director of San Diego Magazine and Exquisite Weddings Magazine, where she designed editorial pages, directed photo shoots, and spearheaded branded projects from start to finish. Laurie always had big dreams of starting her own design studio and in 2016 she made it happen.

Analia pribyl

Art Director + Graphic Designer + Master of Snacking

Meet Analia. The Art Director behind The Creative Clique. She’s a San Diego based designer and dog-mom of a Doberman that’s about just as tall as she is.

She is always calm, cool and creative under pressure, and her glass is always half-full.

Analia has been designing since her first graphic design job in high school. She has always followed her creative passion through life, taking every art class she could find and trying every medium she could get her hands on. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Art at Cal Poly, she slowly made her way back down the coast, as the Junior Designer for a movie advertising company in Hollywood, and as the Art Director of San Diego Magazine’s Custom Content, where she designed editorial pages, directed photo shoots, and spearheaded branded projects for over 10 different client publications.
